Preliminary plan is the first design of your future house. It is the the most important part of the project. It determines the whole situation, disposition, plan of your house divided into individual parts / day, night, summer, winter/. Indeed architecture takes into account energy savings and looses, which are essential part of comfortable living.

Realisation project is developed from project for building permission.
Simplified realization project serves as realization statics and VYKAZ VYMER. For house realization you do not need anything else. Unless your request is whole realization project, you look for price list for additional projects. From project for building permission it differs of extra detail description of instalisations, which price is evaluated based on investor and contractor requirements and changes daily.

PSP –building permission – it is single stage project primarily intended for construction proceeding with an exercise level of detail in the construction part

RP – realization project – is a project primarily intended for the building realization and includes statics, which is required for a stage of construction unless we talk about simple building
Are you confused in price list? Ask us.
Even after handling the final drawings job of architect is not finished yet. During the building permission process can arise complications which were unexpected or were not introduced to the engineer. e.g. recall of neighbours, bureau requirements for amendment of details etc. In this case we try to implement these requirements within our possibilities.
Indeed these changes are
not charged excluded special reports beyond the within contract as light engineering report, geological report, traffic study, noise study, air conditioning plan, cooled ceiling plan, etc.
Building permit is usually arranged by our clients themselves.
Collaboration during construction – supervising:
Author´s supervision should not be confused with construction supervisor. Author´s supervision is the only author of the project for the purpose of compliance of construction works with the project, who helps investors achieve the desired result.
Price for author´s supervision is based on our and your individual requirements.
Price for transport to the construction site is 75€/h + transfer costs 0,50€/km.

Cena uvedená pri každom dome je cena na holodom vrátane všetkého čo k holodmu patrí. Nie je tam počítané s interiérovými dverami, podlahami, sanitou a nábytkom. Inak je tam všetko v cene. Na projekty máme uvedený cenník na hlavnej stránke.

Cenz uvedené pri RD su vrátane DPH, alebo je nutné k tomu DPH ešte pripočítať.

Holodom obsahuje hotovy dom bez interiérových dveri, podláh, obkladov a dlažieb, svietidiel, vypínačov a zásuviek, sanity a nábytku. Inak je tam vsetko aj zaklady domu, vymaľované základným bielym náterom, kúrenie, rozvody, zateplenie. Da sa povedat ze dom je na 80% hotovy a pokial do holodomu posadíte jeden záchod, umyvadlo a bespecnistne prvky ako ke zabradlie, dom mozete skolaudovať.
