Family house embedded to the slope consist of 2 overground and 1 underground floor, thanks to simplicity in process of building permit and speeding up building permit. OLE is typical simple building – minimal modern architecture with ideal footage, plan and minimum signs that building is low-energy. And we have to say there is not much of them around.
