One of our basic pillars in our work are residential building projects. Our experience date back to 2005 and sustain till now, thanks to it we rank between studios with special experience in this field. Individual projects gently react to the orientation and positioning of the house within the site, surrounding nature and terrain, which differ is every case. We delicately work with sloping site, to shape it and take advantage of it. We look for the best views, the most powerful, exciting and breathtaking, to support the experience.
Residential houses vary from row houses. We choose from our portfolio our recent block of flats projects e.g. Stupava outlook house, realized Glavica in Devínska Nová Ves and residential complex Slnečný vrch II.
Price of the project is indeed individual, however it respond to the quality of project. And last but not least satisfaction of our studio after well done work.
