Comparison of construction types

For this comparison we be used typisied house construction with build house area of 160m2 designed for 4-6 member family, 1-storey, known as “bungalow”. In the other types we can think about similar characters. Comparison should be used for better illustration a should not take into account all specifics of individual projects. It is interesting, if build house area is bigger it worth more to invest into NED systems.
